Suri Cruise, the daughter of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, is jealous that her daddy gets to sashay around the house in sparkly kitten heels, so he got her a pair of her very own which she wore while shopping in Boston with that weepy robot woman who really needs an alien exorcism.

It’s been awhile since we’ve had a good Suri Cruise sighting, so here she is with Katie Holmes out in Los Angeles yesterday precociously eating a chocolate croissant and getting it all over her face.

Forbes today named little Suri Cruise the most powerful celebrity toddler. No, seriously, Forbes felt the roughly ten billion lists they have on their website weren’t enough and they’re now ranking toddlers. Via the San Francisco Chronicle:

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’ daughter, Suri, has been named the World’s Most Powerful toddler. A new poll by Forbes magazine has put the two-year-old ahead of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s brood of kids in the search for the most influential child under the age of five. The top 10 is as follows:

The fact that Suri’s the ”World’s Most Powerful Toddler” is impressive. But you know what’s more impressive? Not crapping your pants. Newsflash people: Other than the smell that wafts from their diapers, there’s nothing “powerful” about a toddler.

Suri Cruise may have had her first steps on the beach in France yesterday and TomKat made sure that the cameras were on them. They probably set that meeting up. The couple are in France for an enormous Scientology wedding.

The couple has also denied reports that they are expecting another baby.

His agent said, ‘They are not expecting a second child. Tom is preparing for his next movie.’

I don’t see anything wrong with Suri at all. She is a baby, and she is almost certainly confused as to what is going on with all the cameras and bright lights aimed at her.
I don’t blame the blank stare on anything but that.
I think they look healthy and happy and beautiful, all three of them.
Also, no one may like Tom’s “cult” but I say to each their own. I am a catholic but not fanatic about it. I don’t care about what anyone believes as long as they believe in something.
