After what seemed like a lifetime of mooching off of Britney and ruining her for his own gain, Sam Lutfi was cut out of Britney’s life like the cancer he is. Now he’s back to doing what he used to do which is think of ways to make a quick buck. His latest endeavor is to file frivolous lawsuits.

TMZ reports that Sam Lutfi has sued Britney Spears and her parents for libel, defamation, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and breach of contract.

According to the papers, Sam claims Jamie and Lynne “launched a campaign of lies and intimidation designed to destroy Lutfi and drive him out of Britney’s life.”

In the lawsuit, Sam claims he was standing in Britney’s kitchen on January 29, 2008 when Jamie stormed into the house. Lutfi alleges Jamie yelled at him, claiming Sam made a rude comment to Lynne the night before. Then, Sam claims, Jamie “intentionally punched him in the chest” and threatened to kill him if he ever heard Sam make a rude comment about Lynne or any member of the Spears family again.

It would behoove the judge to take one look at this and wipe his ass with the papers before throwing it back in Lutfi’s face. He sounds like a whiny bitch. The only difference between him and a parasite is that you feel slightly guilty for killing a parasite. Jamie probably didn’t even punch him in the chest either. He probably poked him with his finger and to him, being the 10-year-old drama queen that he is, it was like Mike Tyson throwing an overhand right at his chest.

TMZ says now that the LAPD Robbery Homicide division is investigating Sam Lutfi for supposedly drugging Britney Spears for weeks and maybe even months before the courts intervened and placed her under psychiatric care. They say:

We’re told the case has now been assigned to Robbery Homicide, primarily because of the sensitive nature of the allegations and the intense media interest in Britney Spears. Sources say investigators have interviewed several witnesses regarding the drugs in Brit’s system at the time she was most recently committed. One source says the investigation will probably be concluded in late March.

Meanwhile, Radar Online and X17 Online say the exact opposite, that there is no investigation at all, on any level by any division. X17 says:

Is Sam Lutfi being investigated by the LAPD Major Crimes Division, Robbery Homicide Division, or any other division of the LAPD for allegedly drugging Britney Spears? NO!

Tyler Gray at Radaronline, picked up the phone and called the LAPD to clarify TMZ’s initial report only to find out the whole thing was wrong!

And now we just picked up the phone to do the same and guess what — LAPD spokesperson Richard French told us the same thing — Sam Lutfi is NOT being investigated by any division of the the LAPD for anything.

French added that any LAPD employee giving information to the media that could compromise an investigation would certainly be at risk of losing his/her job. That said, it sounds like TMZ sources didn’t break any rules — unless punking a website is a crime!

I’m more inclined to believe that the LAPD isn’t doing anything, because they never do anything. They’re cops. Cops are useless. The only real justice comes from Batman.

While the details from Britney Spears restraining order against her former, uh, manager and friend, Sam Lutfi are disturbing, they’re not exactly surprising. Basically, Lutfi is the sweet & caring good guy we’d all assumed him to be! The megalomaniac has been looking out for his pal Spears by drugging and verbally abusing her. Thankfully, the manipulative and dangerous Lutfi now cannot come within 250 yards of Spears, her homes, her family’s homes and the hospital where she’s staying.

The restraining order alleges:

“Mr. Lutfi has drugged Britney. He has cut Britney’s home phone line and removed her cell phone chargers. He claims to control everything.”

In a six-page declaration, Lynne Spears says that when she and her friend Jackie arrived at her daughter’s house, Lutfi revealed he was giving her drugs:

“Sam told Jackie and me that he grinds up Britney’s pills, which were on the counter and included Risperdol and Seroquel. He told us that he puts them in her food and that was the reason she had been quiet for the last three days. She had been sleeping. He told us that the doctor who is treating her now is trying to get her into a sleep-induced coma so that they could give her drugs to heal her brain.”

Lynne quoted Lutfi as saying:

“I’m the one who spends 24/7 with your daughter. I sleep in cars outside her house so she can’t leave. You people throw everyone under the bus. If you don’t listen to me I’m going to make your name s— in the papers.”

Lynne added that Lutfi “told me that if he weren’t in the house to give Britney her medicine, she would kill herself. Then he said to me, ‘If you try to get rid of me, she’ll be dead and I’ll piss on her grave.”

As for the argument Britney had with Lutfi, Lynne said:

“Sam had told Britney that she was an unfit mother, a piece of trash and a whore, that she cares more about [paparazzo] Adnan [Ghalib], her current boyfriend, than she cares about her kids, and that she does not deserve the kids.”

Lynne also pointed out her daughter’s strange behavior:

“Britney … became very agitated and could not stop moving. She cleaned the house. She changed her clothes many times. She also changed her three dogs’ clothes many times. Britney spoke to me in a tone and with the level of understanding of a very young girl. Britney then picked up a bottle of pills and read part of the label and asked us, ‘What does insomnia mean?’ Sam told her the pills will help her stay awake.”

B. Spears is currently being treated at the UCLA Medical Center psych ward. Unfortunately, her other user(boyfriend) Adnan Ghalib visited her for 20 minutes yesterday. So if photos of her hanging out in a padded room surface in the next few days, don’t blame the hospital workers.

Britney Spears’ father Jamie has been granted temporary conservatorship over her daughter’s estate by an L.A. court yesterday. What that means is Jamie is principally in charge of Britney’s life right now — medical treatment, business and liquid assets, etc. — until Monday. Jamie can do cool shit like change the locks to Britney’s house to keep out whoever the hell he wants (probably Britney’s “manager” Sam Lutfi who the judge issued a restraining order against today which means he has to stay away from Britney for the next 22 days) and revoke any contracts she recently signed (goodbye new Mercedes). Of course Britney freaked the hell out when she found this out because she hates her father. TMZ writes:

In a heavy British accent, a ballistic Brit screamed (about her parents), “I’m so sick of all of this they can have the God Damn house and stick it up their f**king asses. Actually, no they can’t.” Brit, who sounded drugged up, was furious that her dad became a conservator of her estate. She was screaming at the top of her lungs, at times impossible to understand. At one point she screamed, “Nobody’s taking my house. Who is my family?”

Britney said she did not want her parents near her home and at one point said she would go to court to fight them.

I feel for the people staying in that psych ward right now, I truly do. They thought they’d be in for a nice relaxing week away from that voice in their head that tells them to light small animals on fire and then someone really crazy like Britney comes along. They’re almost certainly not getting any sleep. I bet they look like hell. I think we should send a nice fruit tray to cheer them up. Remember though, no forks or knives!

Britney Spears’ “friend” and “manager” is taking issue with stories on celebrity news sites that say Brit’s family believes Lutfi is a cancer.

Lutfi called TMZ’s head honcho, Harvey Levin, to report that there was no intervention Monday, but then said Britney’s family “barged in.”

For the record, TMZ says Britney Spears’ family is trying to plan an intervention to get her help for mental problems, and Lutfi is in the dark.

Sam Lutfi said of Britney Spears’ parents:

“They have an agenda. Their agenda is jealously because they don’t fit in. I do. They see her three times a year.”

Britney was by the phone during Lutfi’s talk with TMZ. Sam claimed that he did not force Britney to buy a car (yesterday), asking Spears, “Did I force you to buy a car.” In a heavy southern accent, she responded, “No.”

He continued, “Do I ever bug you?” She replied, “We argue.”

Lutfi said Britney’s mom, Lynne Spears, is fine with him – it’s her father, Jamie Spears, who’s a problem. Sources say that’s complete bullshit.

Both Lynne and Jamie Spears “are on the same page,” sources say, in believing that Osama Lutfi is a “megalomaniac” motivated by “evil.”
