Owen Wilson has issued a statement asking to be left the hell alone.

“I respectfully ask that the media allow me to receive care and heal in private during this difficult time.”

Owen was rushed to the hospital yesterday after he was taken ill at his Santa Monica home. The National Enquirer reports he slit his wrists and overdosed on pills, although nothing has been confirmed. I’m so sure like Owen is really going to admit to that shit. Other media outlets have reported that the reason he is in the hospital is still unknown.

I hope the suicide rumors aren’t true.

The National Enquirer reports that Owen Wilson tried to kill himself! Sources say that Owen slit his wrists and took a bunch of pills. He was rushed to St. John’s hospital in Santa Monica by ambulance. A family member around noon found him.

When he was brought to the hospital, Owen was said to be in critical condition. His lawyer arrived at the hospital almost immediately.

His wrists were bandaged and he’s said to be in stable condition.

TMZ reports that Owen was rushed to the hospital, but they don’t say anything about suicide or drugs or anything.

Owen Wilson?! Maybe Kate Hudson dumped him or something. I always thought he was this happy surfer type that was all about love and flowers. Weird!

Kate and Owen are officially split according to People Magazine. They got word from a source that knows the two. Even though the reason of the split wasn’t stated…I’m sure we’ll all find out in time.

“They’re still friends,” says the source, adding that the two split just before Memorial Day weekend.
