Much like Paris Hilton last year, Nick Hogan is trying to bitch and whine himself out of jail. And much like Paris Hilton last year, DENIED. AP says:

Hulk Hogan’s 17-year-old son will stay in solitary confinement for now. A judge on Tuesday denied Nick Bollea’s request to change the conditions of his jail sentence because solitary confinement is causing him “unbearable anxiety.”

How ironic. Nick’s friend John Graziano — the one that was sitting in the passenger’s seat when a drunken Nick crashed into a tree — is also suffering from unbearable anxiety. I think it may have something to do with THE FUCKING HOLE IN HIS HEAD.

Hulk Hogan’s son, Nick Bollea, is said to be serious but stable condition after his speeding car hit a palm tree in Clearwater, FL last night. Nick’s friend and passenger however is still said to be on critical condition. CNN reports that Nick’s injuries are not life threatening.

Radio personality and friend of Hulk Hogan’s, Bubba the Love Sponge, said on his blog that Nick is all right and has already left the hospital. He said, “I can tell you this, nick left the hospital with me when we were leaving and is headed home to rest, he is ok.”

Um…. I don’t think so. Who gets airlifted to a hospital the night before and is out in the morning?

CNN also said that no charges have yet been filed. Are they going to be filed?

TMZ reports that Nick was discharged from the hospital this morning, but that his friend is still in critical condition.

Man, that looks like the Transformers Bumblebee car. It’s illegal to drag race, but he’s a minor… stupid kids! They think nothing bad will ever happen to them….

Hulk Hogan’s 17-year-old son, Nick Bollea, was involved in a serious car accident this evening in Clearwater, FL. Nick was at the wheel when his car went out of control and crashed into a palm tree in the median on Court Street. His friend was in the passenger seat. The Fire Department was called to pull the two from the car. The car was completely destroyed and both were taken by helicopter to Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg.

Nick and his friend are said to be in serious condition.

Nick was driving eastbound on Court Street, approaching downtown Clearwater when it crashed. According to witnesses the car was speeding along the busy street.

It’s sad, but Nick wants to be a racecar driver, right? Hopefully, both boys will be all right.
