Radar has footage of Mischa Barton driving around LA in her convertible yesterday and of when she ran over a curb and had to back out into the middle of the street. Then she pulls over and smokes a roach with whoever her passenger is. Her weedman?

And in case you were wondering, this in fact the same Mischa Barton who got a DUI for driving high as shit a few years back and managed to make Lindsay Lohan even consider the concept of a “drug problem.” So basically the most talented woman in Hollywood.

Mischa Barton’s 5150 hold last Wednesday was the result of a three-day long coke binge that left her so depressed that her friends believed she was going to kill herself. White devil, white devil! NY Post

Photographed Tuesday at an LA hotel, the once-skinny Barton looked bloated and almost unrecognizable. Barton [was later seen] stumbling around poolside and at one point was topless.

A source close to Barton said, “She’s in very bad shape. She’s running out of money and can’t find love, so now she is looking for a good time to escape her misery. She is on a downward spiral. She is a mess. She is a suicidal, uninsurable mess.

You can survive a bad review, but when you don’t show up for the premiere of your new film, it’s not a good sign of where your career is heading.”

First stop is the psych ward, her next stop will be rehab!

Cops picked up Mischa Barton yesterday and people speculated that it was because of a toothache. Looks like it was more than that because the LAPD has placed her under an involuntary psychiatric hold, better known as a 5150. This is the same 5150 they put Britney under twice in January of last year.

According to the code, authorities can hold a person involuntarily if they present a danger to themselves or others, are gravely disabled or suffer from a mental disorder.

Mischa’s spokesperson confirmed that she will not be attending the premiere of Homecoming tonight in NY. When pressed for details, her spokesperson shrugged, twirled their finger around their ear and rolled their eyes.
