Remember when Debbie Rowe said she was fighting for custody of Michael’s kids and wouldn’t relinquish her rights again for $4 million like she did two times already? Well, hey. Guess what?

Michael Jackson’s baby mama Debbie Rowe has sold her kids again — this time squeezing about $4 million from her former mother-in-law in exchange for giving up her parental rights, a family source told The Post yesterday.

“It’s one final payday,” the disgusted Jackson confidant said.

The family isn’t happy about the mega-payout — which was set to be sealed in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon — but they consider it a necessary evil, the source said.

“They felt it was like a ransom-type thing. [Rowe] jumped back into the picture because she wanted money,” the friend said.

I agree. Debbie Rowe is disgusting. Disgustingly rich.

Debbie Rowe has thrown down the gauntlet and plans to seek custody of Michael Jr. and Paris who she maintains are her biological children. NBC Los Angeles reports:

“I want my children,” Rowe said during a 90-minute phone conversation Thursday morning with NBCLA’s Chuck Henry.
She said she would seek a restraining order to keep Jackson’s father, Joe Jackson, away from the children. The agreement does allow for visitation, but Rowe said it’s a very difficult process. She said if she misses a visitation date, it is difficult to reschedule with the Jacksons.
“I am stepping up,” Rowe said. “I have to.”
Rowe said she was still grieving. She said she decided she had to seek custody after Jackson’s death.
“We had an agreement… he didn’t keep his end,” Rowe said, referring to Jackson’s death.
Rowe said she was concerned about splitting up the children. She said she did not expect the court to grant custody of the third child, but added that she would be willing to accept custody.

Okay, I understand Debbie wants to be with her children, but she’s overreacting a little bit over Joe Jackson. I mean, once you look past the facial mutilation and pedophilia, Michael Jackson grew up to be one of the most influential musicians of a generation. Who died at 50 from a fatal addiction to medication specifically reserved for knocking out people for surgery. But, again, besides that stuff…

TMZ has learned from inside sources that all three of Michael Jackson’s kids were conceived in vitro. Michael’s sperm and Debbie’s eggs were not even used in the process. Debbie was only the surrogate for Michael Jr. and Paris. Prince Michael III was from a different surrogate all together who never knew the identity of the “receiving parent.” It’s not even known if Michael had any part in choosing the sperm or the egg donor. Although Rowe is not the biological mother, it’s not a slam dunk that she would lose a custody battle. This type of case has never been litigated in California courts. Since Rowe was married to Jackson when Michael Jr. and Paris were born, there’s a presumption that she’s the biological parent. That presumption can be rebutted by other evidence.

All three kids must have secretly breathed a sigh of relief when they heard this. They probably did that thing where they turned around, clasped their hands together and mouthed “Thank you God.”

Michael Jackson’s three kids (Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket) are currently being taken care of by his mother, but Debbie Rowe says she is the legal parent of two of them. Debbie gave birth to 12-year-old Prince Michael and 11-year-old Paris and can get legal custody of them if she wants to. People says that despite reports, she never gave up custody of them.

During her custody battle with Michael in 2005, Debbie told the court she wanted to give up all rights to the kids. Probably because Michael gave her some cash money to skip away and go do something else. At first, the judge granted Debbie’s wishes, but then he changed his mind and gave her rights back. Debbie’s lawyer told People, “She lost them, and then she got them back.” Her lawyer went on to say that Debbie is a mess right now, so she hasn’t made a decision.

The Jackson’s family lawyer said that the kids should be raised by Michael’s mother, but that it’s really not up to her. He said, “Katherine is the logical choice – she has all the grandkids and nieces around her but it will be up to the courts. I wouldn’t be surprised if there are more proceedings regarding the children.”

All together now… What about Blanket?! Well, the identity of Blanket’s mama je’e has never been revealed, so it’s not really known who has legal custody of him.

I just hope this doesn’t turn into some long ass custody battle. They should all get together and decide that LaToya should raise them. I only say that because I wish LaToya was raising me right now.
