Amy Winehouse was spotted out Thursday night holding hands with her ex boyfriend Taylor James. Amy and Taylor went for a meal at Pizza Express in Covent Garden before dining again at nearby restaurant Livebait. Winehouse later performed a selection of songs at the Jazz After Dark club in central London, which ended in a scuffle outside the club.

A source said: “She was mobbed by fans in the tiny venue, and when one asked her for a kiss, she replied: “Sorry, I’m with my boyfriend. She got up on stage to perform a few song with the band, which went down a storm with the crowd.”

Usually, a Winehouse night out ends in tears, bloodshed, broken light bulbs, dead paps and dozens of burnt pieces of aluminum foil, but none of that happened yesterday. So yay for Winehouse, boo for us.

The News of the World is reporting that Amy Winehouse and her ex husband Blake Civil went on a romantic date last Friday.

A close friend of Winehouse revealed: “Amy had been secretly planning this meeting – but she told everyone she didn’t want to see Blake. The date went well. They had dinner and drinks.”

Apparently, Wino tried to sneaked Blake into her second London home on Saturday after their secret rendezvous at an Old Street bar, but they had to get pass her two security guards hired by the record company and her parents to keep her loser ex husband out.

The friend added: “Then – without anyone else knowing – she invited him back to her place early Saturday morning. They had a great night. Amy loved being in his company again. After everything they’ve been through, the pair both realise there’s still something strong between them. Amy has two full-time security men at her house. They were under strict instruction not to let Blake in. But Amy wasn’t having any of it, so she got him in through a back window so they could have some private time together away from prying eyes. Blake spent part of the night in the house, we think in Amy’s bedroom. She’s being very secretive about it but we know he was there.”

Great. More tattoos, Camden lost weekends and bloodied ballet pumps are on the horizon, it seems. Poor old Daddy Mitch.
