The Victoria’s Secret Angels strutted their stuff down the catwalk at a lavish show the newly-renovated Fontainebleau hotel in Miami this past weekend. There were the requisite feathers, the elaborate costuming, the diamond brassieres, and oh, yes — the boobies. Boobies, boobies, boobies.

Victoria’s Secret Angel Alessandra Ambrosio gave birth to a baby girl on Sunday. From the New York Post:

Photos of her newborn, Anja Louise, won’t fetch $14 million (as did Brangelina’s twins), but Victoria’s Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio is trying to cut a deal with the celeb weeklies for photos of her little one. Ambrosio and boyfriend Jamie Mazur welcomed their daughter on Sunday in Brazil, and her camp was already shopping the baby pictures yesterday. As is the custom these days, Ambrosio will donate some proceeds to the Multiple Sclerosis Children’s Fund

Some people point to the complexity of the universe or the beauty of nature as “proof” that God exists. Me? The fact that Alessandra Ambrosio had a girl is proof enough for me. 2024 here I come!

Despite that devil-spawn growing inside of her (Ambrosia is pregnant with her first child with boyfriend Jamie Mazur), Victoria’s Secret angel Alessandra Ambrosio is still plying her craft. Ambrosia does what she does best on a photo shoot in Miami. God bless her — a true hero by any measure of the word. It’s a shame that in just a few months she’s gonna balloon to over 115 pounds . . . gastric bypass is safe for pregnant women, right?
