The LAPD has finally decided not to charge Britney Spears for an incident that took place in November of last year, in which Britney accidentally ran over a paparazzi’s foot as she was leaving the Four Seasons Hotel in L.A.

“[Spears] made a statement to the police indicating she had no recollection of the event and that she was not aware at the time that her car had come in contact with any one,” the report says.

The way I see it, even if she did know what she was doing, I think any member of the paparazzi should know damn well what they’re getting themselves into when they approach Britney Spears in a moving vehicle.
