Mar 10, 2008 in JUSTICE

Marion Jones turned herself over to the Federal Medical Center-Carswell in Fort Worth, TX on Friday to begin serving her six-month prison sentence. The Olympic gold medalist pleaded guilty last January to lying to federal investigators about her steroid use and a check-fraud scheme.
In addition to the prison sentence, a judge sentenced Marion to 800 hours of community service, and forced her to returned all five medals she won during the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
