According to Page Six, Britney Spears requested to have no visitors while in the psych ward at Cedars-Sinai Hospital. The singer’s doctors reportedly agreed, and have kept her sedated during most of her time under observation. Number one on the “not allowed” list: Britney’s ex-husband, Kevin Federline.

“Kevin tried to talk to Britney at the hospital last night and she freaked out,” says the insider. “He wanted to try and get to the bottom of what she did, but she was not cooperative.”

Kevin and Britney’s meeting earlier in the evening also turned sour. After Britney refused to turn over their two sons to Kevin’s bodyguard, Britney flipped her shit and locked herself in a bathroom at her Beverly Hills home. Kevin rushed over to try to talk her out, but that only seem to agitate her more.

“When Kevin got to the house and saw how messed up Britney was and how distraught the boys were, he tried to get her to release them,” the source tells PageSix.com.

The mother of two responded by locking herself in the bathroom with son Jayden (and possibly Sean) “in an effort to hide from Kevin and then the police.”

Britney’s new piece, photographer Adnan Ghalib, was nowhere to be seen on Friday: although he routinely covered her as part of his job, he was strangely absent for her freak out that night.
