Britney Spears has apparently been spotted visiting the LipoDissolve center in Vegas and is planning to get $160,000 worth of cosmetic surgery because she’s extremely unhappy with the way she looks.

Friends are getting more and more concerned because she’s been looking at magazines full of hot chicks and she rips the pages out!

A source said:” She is so insecure over how much her body has changed since becoming a mother. She has said she will do whatever it takes to get back to her best even if that means getting a helping hand through surgery.”

Britney’s top-to-toe makeover is said to include $16,000 on liposuction for her thighs and chin, $24,000 on breast enhancement, $16,000 on a nose job, a $30,000 tummy tuck and $10,000 on chemical peels. Consultations with surgeons, dieticians and fitness trainers are expected to top up the total bill to over $80,000.

The Daily Mail reports that Britney had liposuction in Las Vegas over the weekend. They also claim she had liposuction last April. Those surgeons almost certainly sucked out gallons and gallons of Frappuccinos. They possibly send it back to Starbucks to recycle, so that Britney can get some kind of credit.

If she really wants to look better, how about starting with a shower and some clean clothes?
