A judge just ordered that KFed keeps the kids and Brit gets monitored visitation after a 3-hour hearing today!

KFed’s attorney said that he wants to keep full custody until Britney starts taking care of herself. Britney was not in court today and there are rumors she’s in rehab in Antigua. KFed’s attorney wouldn’t address that.

The judge ordered that everyone including Britney must be back in court on October 26th!

KFed wore an eye patch to court and his lawyer said it was due to a “sore eye” and he only wore the patch, because of the glare from the cameras. He said he didn’t know why KFed’s eye was sore. Britney almost certainly slapped him!

On Monday a judge ordered that KFed get full custody of SPF and JJ after Brit failed a number of things including not getting a valid CA drivers license and not taking a drug test. She got a valid license yesterday.
