'Glee' Star Mark Salling Sued For Alleged Sexual Assault

Glee star Mark Salling is being sued by a woman who claims he committed sexual battery!

Roxanne Gorzela is accusing the 30-year-old actor – who plays Puck in the musical comedy show – of forcing her to have sex with him without a condom during an intimate moment in March 2011.

Gorzela claims she went to confront Salling later that month at his house about the emotional distress she was suffering and “health concerns”, only to find him in bed with another woman.

Roxanne reportedly demanded proof that he was STD-free, but claims Salling grabbed her and pushed her to the ground, leaving bruises on her thighs and knees.

She later filed a police reported with the LAPD on the same day.

Roxanne says she went to the cops and filed a police report the same day.

Salling’s rep, Janice Lee, has responded to the claims, saying, “There is no truth to this. It’s the textbook case of a disgruntled girl looking to cash in on a TV star’s success.”

Adding, “We turn the rest over to Mark’s attorneys and have no further comment.”
