Anna Nicole Smith’s mother Virgie Arthur is suing TMZ and Howard K. Stern for “tarnishing her image.”

This foolish old hoot thought she was a good mother until TMZ and lots of other bloggers ran her name through the mud. As Anna Nicole told it, Virgie was a hateful old hag who couldn’t even stand herself.

Arthur thinks that TMZ.com was working with Howard K. Stern to prevent her from getting custody of Anna Nicole’s daughter Dannielynn.

“Their goal was simple and straightforward,” the lawsuit filed in Texas State Court reads, “to ‘destroy’ anyone that was opposed to Howard K. Stern or his interest.”

TMZ ran a story titled: “Virgie has son with step-brother.” In their quasi-investigative piece, TMZ unveils that Virgie Arthur had a son with her step brother and a poll showed that most readers found it “creepy.”

Anna Nicole’s mama hasn’t exactly denied the story’s truth, but Virgie still wants financial compensation as an apology.

California Attorney General Jerry Brown issued eight search warrants today in connection with the California Department of Justice’s investigation into the death of Anna Nicole Smith. Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, Smith’s psychiatrist, and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, Smith’s physician, both received warrants (and Howard K. Stern was at Eroshevich’s home at the time the warrant was issued). At the time of her death, Anna Nicole Smith prescriptions included Dilaudid, Lorazepam, Soma, Prixge, and Methadone. Brown says an exhumation of Smith’s body is a possibility as the investigation continues. New York Daily News reports:

The Medical Board of California said in April it was investigating Eroshevich, who, according to documents, authorized all 11 prescription medications found in Smith’s hotel room the day she died. The medical board also began an inquiry to determine if there was any misconduct by Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, who reportedly prescribed methadone to Smith. Methadone is a popular narcotic painkiller that is used as part of drug addiction detoxification and maintenance programs. Methadone overdoses can cause shallow breathing and dangerous changes in heartbeat. Methadone was one of the substances found in the system of Smith’s 20-year-old son, Daniel, who died in September 2006 of an apparently accidental drug overdose.”

Man, this should be fun. I was never a fan of Anna Bighole Smith. I hated her TV Show etc. However, I do feel that something was definitely wrong with the way that she and her son had died. I hope this turns into some Agatha Christie shit!

Photographer Larry Birkhead is taking legal action against his former lawyer Debra Opri for supposedly defrauding him out of hundreds of thousands of dollars. On Wednesday Birkhead strike back at claims made by Opri that he refused to pay $650,000 in legal fees next his custody fight for Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter earlier this year.

Birkhead was named as the father of nine-month-old Dannielynn in April, but Opri insists the bill for her part in the court case is still outstanding.

Yesterday Birkhead filed a court case in Los Angeles County Superior Court, in which he claims Opri promised to represent him free of charge because “the publicity from her representation of Plaintiff would greatly benefit Opri’s legal career”.

Birkhead signed a $1,050,000 deal with NBC Universal to appear on various U.S. TV shows. His first paycheck was for $865,000; of which he claims Opri only paid him $200,000, depositing the remaining $665,000 into her client trust account.

In the suit, Birkhead claims he “specifically advised Opri that she was not authorized to take control or possession of any of the funds”.

Birkhead blames Opri of refusing to release the funds, conversion, fraud, legal malpractice and of placing “her own career desires and needs as a priority over the needs, interests and desires of her own client.” He is seeking a minimum of $885,000 in damages and further punitive damages and rescission of any fee agreements he claims to have signed under fraudulent pretences.

Donna Hogan, who is the half sister to the late Anna Nicole Smith , wants to be in Playboy. New York’s post legendary gossip column quotes Donna as saying:

“A few years ago, Playboy approached me and I almost agreed to do it. But I was too chicken. My boobs weren’t big enough But now, if Playboy called, I would probably do it. I just had a birthday and I’m going to treat myself to new boobs. I just want to get my body to where I want it and I’ll be ready to step in and do it . . . You’ll definitely see a transformation in the next year.”

Hogan isn’t a 20 something blond bombshell either. She is a 40 year old who is well past “Playboy” primetime.

Doesn’t it sicken you people who make money off the pain and misery of someones death? It looks Virgie Arthur isn’t the only sleazeball in the Anna Nicole family after all.
