Andre Birleanu currently stars on Vh1’s reality show “America’s Most Smartest Model” was charged with sexual misbehavior and aggravated harassment yesterday after he allegedly groped a 19-year-old woman at a party at Cipriani Downtown in Manhattan.

The woman spoke to the New York Post. She said, “He’s so explosive. You can see it in his eyes. He has this insane thing inside of him.”

The woman said she met him on a train. Before the attack, she said, she saw signs of his temper and was worried.

“He grabbed me inappropriately…” she said. “It was midnight or 1 a.m. when this happened. It was upstairs. It’s like a very exclusive lounge, snobby thing – young, aspiring models and all the men who can afford to look at them.”

“He touched my genitalia, and I immediately moved away,” she said. “Then I looked over, and he looked really upset . . .  I went up to him. And he was standing there with his head down. He said something along the lines of ‘no.’”

“He then grabbed my boob.”

This isn’t Andre’s first time at the rodeo. He was arrested on October 17th for stalking and attempting to assault another model. He’s also been in jail before for harassment, contempt and assault.

A real peach this one! Andre said this about his latest charge, “I didn’t molest anyone . . . I already slept with that girl, so it’s strange she would say I touched her inappropriately.”

I think she may have been browsing the grocery store aisle romance novels before making that statement. He may be repulsive, but that woman takes the cake for idiocy. I can’t believe she would make that statement publicly. If you’re going to make ridiculous claims at least try to prepare something that makes sense.
