In the wake of her early Sunday beat-down, Rihanna canceled a scheduled concert for Friday in Kuala Lumpur.

“In light of recent events involving Rihanna, [William Morris Agency] will confirm within two weeks from now on a replacement date to be mutually agreed” upon by the organizer and the singer’s camp, Pineapple managing director Razman Razali said in a statement.

“We sincerely regret this unavoidable shift in schedule and apologize to the fans for any inconvenience caused.”

Sources claimed Rihanna left Cedars-Sinai Medical Center yesterday after being treated for “horrific injuries,” reportedly inflicted by her former boyfriend. A police source told TMZ hospital photos showed heavy swelling on Rihanna’s face, as well as various bite marks on her body.

The photos show major contusions on both sides of the singer’s face — there is serious swelling and bruising. Her lip is split and her nose bloody. We have now confirmed there are bite marks on one of her arms and on several fingers.

And we now know this… Rihanna claims Brown struck her with his fists and that’s what did the damage. There was no object used in the alleged attack.

Rihanna refused treatment at the scene, but before she left cops took photos. We’re told the photos alone are “devastating proof of abuse.”

And we’ve learned it was not Rihanna who called 911. Someone in the area heard her screams and called.

Media Take Out claimed the fight between Rihanna and Chris Brown started in his car around 12:30am Sunday, because Chris wanted to end their long-term relationship, but Rihanna did not.

Seems like an odd reason to beat on someone.
