Nicky Hilton Looks Cadaverous

This picture of Nicky Hilton out shopping yesterday has everyone horrified at how “extremely skinny” she looks. Page Six posted this photo of Nikki Hilton looking rather on the cadaverous side. I guess all those years of living in Napalm Vagina’s whorish shadow have finally taken their toll on poor Nicky’s self esteem. It’s kind of a shame really – no, I mean it – because out of all the Hiltons, Nicky doesn’t even make the top three of one’s I’d enjoy watching suffer an agonizing death of starvation.
