Police arrested Jonathan Rhys-Meyers at the Dublin airport on Sunday afternoon for public drunkenness and “breach of the peace.” He was later released on bail, with the promise to appear before the Dublin District Court next month. How drunk do you have to be to get arrested for drunkenness in Ireland? I told you PRETTY DAMN DRUNK!
