What a sad day! Beer guru Michael Jackson, author of the first beer book I ever owned, passed away this morning. If ever there were someone for whom to raise a glass, it’d be Jackson. He died at his home in London, England after a long, quiet battle with Parkinson’s Disease.
His books, his newspaper articles and his television work have helped to introduce millions to the delights of world beer culture.
