A photographer spotted Lindsay in Orem, Utah on an outing away from the Cirque Lodge rehab clinic where she currently resides.

TMZ says:

“The actress took a walk around the town yesterday, took in the gorgeous scenery and hit up Beaches Tanning Center before making her way back to the Lodge … Lohan has been a “model patient” in rehab and is currently working on her sobriety at the world-renowned Mormon facility.”

She’s apparently cleaning toilets, doing laundry, going to group therapy, and really taking it seriously this time…

You know she’s only optimistic because she’s including the days until she can snort some more coke up that snot nose of hers.
